In her words...
Have you ever personally experienced a breakdown that became a breakthrough?
I've always been driven to make a meaningful difference in the world. Unfortunately, in my quest to become a leader who mattered, I began neglecting my own health and happiness. I was traveling 50% of the time, and back home was often too exhausted to connect with anyone or anything but a glass of wine. I lost track of my heart, chasing belonging and worthiness through efforting. This led to depletion, neglected relationships, and disconnection from my own freedom and joy. “When you’re on your death bed, what would you regret not doing? What most energizes you? What depletes you? These questions were asked by a close friend who saw my struggle, shaking up my sense of self. I began to redefine leadership and impact, and recovered my own sense of purpose and meaning, ultimately becoming a coach!
What do you love most about being a coach and facilitator?
I absolutely love seeing clients come to their own insights and answers, rediscovering their unique power, and knowing I was part of that process. There's nothing more satisfying than witnessing clients become unstuck, often realizing they had all they needed right there within them and in front of them. These moments reconnect me with my own understanding of what matters most in life, which in my view is to honor the potential of every moment to the fullest, whether this means bringing our unique (and much needed) leadership gifts to the world through our professional work, or showing up with kindness and compassion for ourselves, and those around us. Sometimes the smallest changes in our daily lives can also be the most transformational.
In their words...
Tracy Small, Executive Director, Hands to the Future
Integral coaching is an opportunity to transform yourself as a leader, both personally and professionally. The process allows for heightened awareness of who you are as leader and gives you tools to create significant, meaningful, and sustainable change. You will find creative solutions to ongoing concerns while recognizing the strengths which make you so valuable. I highly recommend Emilie Gettliffe as a coach because she is able to navigate the journey with you and keep focused on the goals created.

I credit my time working with Emilie for being more nurturing, nimble, effective, and at peace with home and work. My growth did not transform me into someone else but evolved me to be a better version of me. The trust and effort you place in working with Emilie will be well worth the journey.
