Under the guidance of our Coach, participants develop a coaching mindset and presence, and support their peers in authentically addressing challenges while focusing on what matters most. Coaching circles are a lower-cost alternative to one-on-one coaching, yet highly effective. They are great for high-potential and emerging leaders.
